This is a static website. It has no accounts, no forms, no comments, no advertising and no analytics. Nothing you do here is tracked, and no cookie is set.
What is loaded
Every file this page needs - HTML, stylesheet, fonts, icons - is served from this domain. No fonts, scripts, images or embeds are fetched from a third party, so no third party learns that you visited.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes the technical data required to deliver a page - your IP address, the requested URL, the time of the request, your user agent and referrer. This is necessary for operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in a functioning, protected website). Cloudflare acts as a processor under a data processing agreement; details are in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States, so this processing can involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area (Art. 44 ff. GDPR). The transfer rests on two safeguards at once: Cloudflare's data processing addendum incorporates the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you write to office@phonitylabs.com, your message and address are stored in order to answer it, and kept as long as the resulting correspondence or a legal retention period requires (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
